Megha Arun
Chief Executive Officer
Megha Arun is a rising junior at Temple City High School and serves as the CEO. In her free time she enjoys listening to music and finding new places to eat. She believes that internships allow students to get experience in their desired work field and should be made available to all.
Katelyn Wu
Chief Outreach Officer
Katelyn Wu is a high school junior residing in Arcadia and serves as the Chief Outreach Officer. In her free time, she enjoys discovering new boba shops, spending time with friends, and going to concerts. She hopes to make more and more internships accessible to high school students in the coming years.
Palak Tandon
Chief Financial Officer
Palak Tandon is a Senior at Arcadia High School and serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Project Talent Launch. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, playing tennis, watching Gilmore Girls, and talking about current events with her friends. She believes students should have opportunities to dive deeper and learn more about careers they might be interested in through internships.
Phoebe Li
Chief Marketing and Internship Officer
Phoebe Li is a junior residing in Temple City and is the Chief Marketing and Internships officer at Project Talent Launch. In her free time she enjoys reading books, spending time with family, and playing guitar. She thinks the mission of PTL, for equal internship opportunities to all, is a great thing to stand behind.
Lidia Tian
Chief Communications Officer
Lidia is a junior at Temple City High School and the Chief of Communications at Project Talent Launch. When she is not working on PTL related matters, you can most likely find her sleeping or binge-watching TV.
Hadi Ammar
Director of Fundraising
Hadi Ammar is a Senior at Polytechnic High School and the Director of Fundraising at Project Talent Launch. Hadi enjoys playing football and has an affinity for Japanese barbecue. He understands the value of internships believes that they should be equally accessible to all students.
Ariely Aragon
Director of Design
Ariely is a sophomore at Polytechnic School, and the Director of Design. She loves working for PTL because as someone who comes from an underserved community, this feels like a way of giving back. She hopes by working with PTL I can change the lives of students whether it’s in a big way or a small way!
Janelle Wong
Director of Technology and Management
Janelle Wong is currently a sophomore at Temple City High School. During her free time she likes to karaoke with friends or binge TV shows. She believes that providing internships will provide an opportunity for students to find a field of interest they enjoy, and also to experience it.

Angela Zhao is a Junior residing in Temple City and serves as the Director of Fundraising at Project Talent Launch. She loves going to the beach and listening to music. She believes that internship and scholarship opportunities play a pivotal role in shaping one's career.
